Overview
Formerly a nightclub, this space has been transformed into Wood & Iron Sports Bar, located in the vibrant Scott's Addition area of Richmond, VA. It's a fantastic destination for enjoying great food and drinks.
Mechanical
This building has three existing to remain ground-mounted package units with new duct work. A new dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) was installed as well as two exhaust fans to provide proper ventilation for the new restaurant.
Electrical
This building had an existing electrical service that consisted of an existing wire trough, CT cabinet, and main distribution board. Three new branch panels were installed to power the new branch circuit and wiring within the space.
